Am I getting a 5-year warranty on the compressor?
5-year warranty is our standard offering. Typically, you should have no problem from the compressor of any commercial equipment in the first 5 or more years. However, if you have a 3-year warranty (from another company) and your compressor fails in the fourth or fifth year, it could cost you $400.00 - $1200.00.
How the cooling capacity is determined?
Ask...what testing standard is used by the companies you are getting quotes from. It's because we believe you should get every BTU you pay for that we believe you should know what testing standard was used to determine the cooling capacity (BTU) of the machine your looking to purchase. We determine our BTU using standard commercial testing methods and determine BTUs at 80° and 50% relative humidity. But many companies inflate BTUs by as much as 20% by using another testing standard (95° and 60% RH).

Is the unit that I'm buying made in the United States?
Our equipment is proudly made in the United States of America. We are a veteran-owned business and the equipment has been manufactured since the 80's.
Will the unit I buy automatically restart after a power failure?
Yes. No matter if the power is out for one hour, or one day, our unit will resume cooling operation when power returns.
How quiet, durable and movable is the unit?
It is quiet enough for a hospital yet rugged enough for the rental business. Our equipment is light, rolls easily and with 4 swivel casters will maneuver easily; yet the cabinet and base are constructed in rugged, heavy gauge steel.
Do you need help with installation?
Our equipment is easy to install, just "plug in and play". Usually no additional help is required for installation. However, we are happy to help with installation.
Does the equipment pass the safety standards of United Laboratories?
All our equipment have the U.L. label insuring the safety of your workers.
How is the warranty handled during the warranty period?
A simple phone call to us begins the warranty process. We will make your issue our top priority.
